I am studying Graphic Design & Multimedia at Zaman University, Phnom Penh / Cambodia (www.zamanuniversity.com). Graphic Design & Multimedia is one of my favorite subject in my life; and I want to study this subject because I want to get a job as a designer. Review:

CorelDraw is a designing program for users to design shapes and logos specifically. Its features include making regular shapes to complex shapes. This program can also draw a picture that you want to draw, no matter what’s the picture look like. There are many tools inside this program. Tools that are available on the program is a bit complicated to use, however, if you master it, it would be the best tools ever to use in term of designing.  This program is one of the good sources for the designer or for a drawer.

Pros:

·         Does not affect with other program in the computer

·         Easy to use

·         It’s not a fake program

·         No need to register for an account

·         No Fee

·         Easy to use

Cons:

·         Take time to study this program

·         Many strategies inside this program

·         Sometime make your computer slow

·         Needs a fast computer

Summary:

For my experience, Corel draw is new because I just start to see it when my brother use this program to draw inside it and I see it so wonderful, which he can draw a perfect picture that it’s similar to the outside drawer, so now I can share the idea to all of you “a designer” can also use this program for the future life.

Review:

Adobe Photoshop is a program that can edit a photo that we want to make it news or we can graphic a design inside this program. There are many tools inside the Photoshop, such as brush tool, crop tool, stamp tool, etc. In one tool, it gives a different opportunity to design a new photo. No matter your photo is excellent, you can take that photo to the Photoshop and edit more background or erase some part, it will become more beauty also natural. We can change everything inside of this program. Moreover, this program can also draw a picture, or design icon, etc.

Adobe Photoshop is a clear program also easy to use for a design student for practice in their daily life.

Summary:

For my experience, I’ve study this Photoshop for my previous school. Adobe Photoshop is a good program that can help the student from the beginning also it give more clear information for edit one photo or design one photo. Moreover, for installing this program, it took only 5 min, but we need to internet to download file install. From this Photoshop, I edit lots of photos that I have took in my vacation and I have edited it to make it a perfect photo.

Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 is a program that cans produce that we can write a code to create another program, or is a language program, which is related to our daily life. Another word of Visual Basic is NET Framework-based window application, which means all program are targeting inside. Inside of the Microsoft Visual Basic 2010, we can create more individual program that we want to create. There are many languages inside of the Visual Basic 2010, such as C# or C++. Moreover, the author of the book is David l. Schneider, University of Maryland “An Introduction to Programming Using Visual Basic 2010”, Eighth Edition.

Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 is a fast program that can produce a new program in a short time, which’s we can perform it fast.

Summary:

For my experience, I’ve study this visual basic 2010 for nearly 2months. Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 is a good program that can help from the start also it give more clear detail for doing one program. Moreover, for installing this program, it has just taken about 10 min because it needs to download some more program for support this visual basic 2010. From Visual Basic 2010, I have created lots of the programs, such as calculator, register form, etc.
